Returns & Exchanges

At Pam Pam, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
